IM GOING TO CVS WHAT IS THE BEST EYELINER NAME or brand TO BUY ?? WITH the DARKEST COLOR AND BEST QUALITY?

whats the best eyeliner to buy i dont want those cheap or expensive american kinds that run out easily or smudge...do any of you gurls or guys know whats the besttttt brand out there??? i heard that the arabian or indian kohl is the best but those are expensive and in asia and stuff . i need one from cvs will do good. so any suggestions on best eyeliner??? thanks so much answers are aprpeciated

Er, well if you don't want something "cheap", don't go to CVS.





If you HAVE to go there, I'd say go with Loreal. I've had good experiences with their products. Also, look for products that boast being "smudge proof."





The BEST eyeliner I've ever had was Loreal, but it was a liquid. Once you get used to using liquids it's hard to go back to the pencil kind. It took me a while, but when I mastered it it wouldn't come off for ANYTHING. Once that stuff dried, it was on there all day.

Reply:Well i usually buy Mac makeup but when im just running out real quick for it i get one that is a little red stick of black eyeliner. I forgot what brand makes it. Im pretty sure its Loreal. But it works pretty good.
Reply:Personally, I like Estee Lauder in #17- Charcoal. On one side it does have a smudge stick if you decide you want to smudge, but on the other it has a refillable twist-out stick.





For liquid, Estee Lauder Pure Color in Pure Black is nice- every time I've used it, I've had to wash it off at the end of the day. It doesn't come off easily and it doesn't smudge unless you wipe at it immediately after putting it on.

Reply:I have always used maybelline, it works great! it usually doesn't smudge, unless you've been out all day, or you could just get an eyeliner brush, and black eyeshadow! wet the brush first

Reply:revlon colorstay!!!!!!!! it's waterproof i took a shower with it on, it didn't come off... and then i went swimming and no one could believe that it was staying on like everyone kept saying it's still on?!?! and stuff lol it was great anyway that is THE BEST and it's only about $7!!!
