Try a toner with salicylic acid, glycolic acid, and/or witch hazel.

Use an antibacterial soap when you bathe, then blot on the toner with a cotton ball or pad. Make sure you dry the area very well. Before bed, dab on a little antibacterial ointment on any ingrowns that are very inflamed.
Reply:I have the same problem. It sucks. I tryed using nair, but i got a skin irritation. Then i tryed Veet. It cost 7.00$ a bottle, and that icludes a rubber razor. Veet worked for me, but the first time i tryed my skin got very few red bumps. After the second time using it, i stopped getting the red bumps and the ingrown hair. It is well worth the 7 dollars. Try it out! Hope it works!
