Not real sure about petsmart, target, sears and cvs, but I'm pretty sure that Dillard's is commission, so it depends on how much you sell per hour.

I don't know about the others but as someone else said, Petsmart bases your starting rate on how much experience you've had, like if you've ever been a cashier before or how much school you've had and stuff like that. Good luck!
