All that kind of stuff is going to be arranged though the corporate headquarters, so you should contact them about it. You probably should contact them as soon as possible to start working on next year, so that you at least have an idea how far in advanced they plan. They might already have a contract with a their current service provider for a the next year or maybe even a few more years. You never know until you contact them and find out.
I have no idea how you would go about getting into doing it for the goverment. I guess, it all depends on what level you are talking about (city, state or nationwide) and for whom. Ultimately, there has to be an office at each level to handle such things and it's just a matter of finding it.

Just had my CVS test and was told my daughter will most likely have Mosaic Turners Syndrome?
I am 13 weeks pregnant and just found out that our daughter most likely has Mosaic Turners Syndrome. We were shocked as we never even heard of this before. We are meeting with the perinatologist and genetics counselor next week but I just wanted anyone's feedback on what Mosaics truly was and if anyone has it or a child who has it. Any feedback will be appreciated!

Turner syndrome causes short stature but growth hormone helps with that and they get close to "normal" height. almost all turner syndrome women are sterile as they have non functioning ovaries, but te womb and uterous are normal so pregnancy can be achieved with IVF using donor eggs. A few turner syndrome women have got pregnant naturally and usually it's those with mosiac turners.....
Intelligene is normal but there may be some slight learnig problems but most the girl/woman managed to overcome. Turners woman almost always lead fully independant lives.
if your daughter is diagnosed with Turner syndrome be careful where you get info on the condition as many books (medical library books) have wrong information, also there is a lot of rubbish on line about the condition, and many doctors are also uneducated on the condition too...

Girls with this often have to have help with puberty through hormone replacements and such. The part that scared me the most was that my daughter would probably not be able to have children. I guess the thought of my little girl not being perfect was horrible but this was a syndrome that we could deal with~~~if that makes any sense at all. I wish you the best and hope that the Dr's are wrong.

Reply:go to www.saintgianna.org - say the novena, ask saint gianna to correct this, many times in utero tests are wrong. they just told my neighbor that her little girl would have trisomy - a fatal disease. they even suggested abortion. this child was born last week - 100% healthy. no issues at all. i suggest prayers. I've been using the store brand the entire pregnancy. Just compare the vitamin content between the name brand and the generic. For the most part they are the same. I've always paid about $11 for around 100 vitamins. Good Luck!

Also, if you have insurance, thatll cover ones from a pharmacy, if not, store brand or nonprenatal kinds are just fine.

With insurance coverage from a friends feedback the vitamins were $6.00. Now depending what state your in the price might be different.

Yes, CVS will probably drug test you,not at the interview but most likely before you get the job. Remmber, dress to impress (that's a nice shirt and tie, no jeans) start the interview with a nice firm handshake, sit up straight, look them in the eyes, and consider these questions I was asked:
Tell me about yourself.
Why do you want to work here?
What do you like to do in your spare time?
What's your GPA?
What are your plans for the future?
What position are you applying for? Why?
Who is your favorite teacher? Why?
Who is your most challenging teacher? Why?
How mature do you consider yourself compared to others your age?
Have you ever been convicted of a felony?
I have interviewed many other people for this position? Why should I hire you over them?
Remember, you are selling yourself. Do not lie, it will come back to you, but try to tell them what they want to hear. If you do have a bad answer to a question you are asked, try to move on from it quickly. Be sociable and outgoing, but don't ramble on. The owner of the restaurant I applied for would stop and interrupt me when I answered his questions and stare at me blankly if i had not. At the end of the interview thank them for their time. Yes, you really need a resume when you apply for any job. Have it ready when you have your interview. Put on it basic data about you and make it impressive enough. If you still don't have any working experience, do not put anything about it. Instead, tell them you are seeking for your first job.
Interviews do not necessarily require supporting papers or documents right away. This saves you the hassle. Most companies now rather require their applicants those papers after the applicant's the first and second interview.
Reply:It is professional to bring a copy of the resume, however since it is just a cashier job they will just ask you some simple questions. If you let them know you will get the working papers for them before you start working, it should be fine.
Don't over dress, it is just a cashier job, just wear somewhere in between. Act professional!

You say that you have had no work experience (not even babysitting?), but have you done any volunteer work? Have you worked on major projects or joined clubs while in high school? Do you have any certiificates, like First Aid? Did you have any courses you really excelled in that would be an asset to this job, like math?
I'm not sure what you mean by "working papers" but if you mean your Social Security number then you need to apply ASAP. You can't start working without one and your employer needs the number to start filing papers for your income tax reports.

Has anyone used the CVS brand early response pregnancy test?
I used 2 and the first was a visible positive blue line appeared in a few seconds. Then later did another one and the positive blue line appeared quickly and very dark. I just don't know this brand, and if they give false positives. Anyone else know?

Reply:I do not know about the cvs brands but a false negative is very common while a false positive is rare due to the chemical it detects. If you are early in your pregnancy you may not have enough chemical to detect thus a negative result but the chemical is not in your body unless you are pregnant so chances are you are pregnant. Hope this makes sense.

Congratulations you are pregnant. False positives are rare and every pregnancy test has a different sensitivity level even the same brand or two in one box so one line can appear darker than another one taken at the same time. Time to make a dr.'s appt.. Good Luck!

Reply:I do not know about the cvs brands but a false negative is very common while a false positive is rare due to the chemical it detects. If you are early in your pregnancy you may not have enough chemical to detect thus a negative result but the chemical is not in your body unless you are pregnant so chances are you are pregnant. Hope this makes sense.

I was just wondering if Walgreens or CVS repairs old yearbooks...I have a few yearbooks from elementary school and that are torn, crumpled, have missing pictures, the binding came apart, etc...so is this able to be fixed and could they fix it? If not, do you know anywhere that can fix them? Answers are appreciated.

I bought CVS brand pain med from them, got home and realized the meds expired this month 2/2008...when i went back to exchange it, I found 2 other expired boxes they expired 4/2007. I took the boxes to the cashier so they would not be sold.. hopefully they don't put it back on the shelf!

Let them know the issue. They are relying on their store employees to do their job, but sometimes kids making 6 dollars an hour don't care. The Manager needs to be aware.

To make an analogy: if you saw your neighbor's kid steal something, would you go tell the parent, or call the police over the small petty theft and social services over the fact that the parents didn't prevent that in the first place. It's only fair and reasonable to give the person at CVS with authority to make changes the chance to make the appropriate changes before you get state regulatory agencies breathing down his/her back....You'd want the same consideration, wouldn't you.

IS there anyone who has had CVS or amnio due to maternal age?
I'm just wondering how many of you of "advanced maternal age" (give me a break, I'm not on AARP yet) have had these diagnostic tests. Has anyone suffered complications or false positives?

My OB recommended that I do the AFP test (I think they recommend that to everybody nowadays) and also amnio because I was 34+ during pregnancy. The pregnancy was not planned but a very wonderful surprise and I looked at it as a gift from God. I am very pro-life and couldn't imagine what benefit the test would have had for me as I wouldn't have terminated the pregnancy regardless of outcome and test results could have potentially created worry during my pregnancy.
I read what I could on the internet about the tests and back then the frequency of complications and false positives was enough to make me decide not to do them. I personally know of one case where mom with scary AFP test result did followup test and doctor recommended abortion and baby was born healthy and normal. Another mom I know was expecting twins and they had that placenta disorder and one doctor told them to abort and both babies were fine. I've also known people who had all the tests come back normal but their babies were born with serious birth defects.
Bottom line, there is no guarantee, why put yourself and the baby through the risk of the procedure?
P.S. My daughter was born healthy, but if she'd had problems, I can't imagine not loving her anyway, and I know the Lord would've somehow carried us through.

The only thing that will make your hair permenently straight is a chemical straightener. I don't know if you can buy them in the stores.

The only thing that will make your hair permenently straight is a chemical straightener. I don't know if you can buy them in the stores.
Reply:They do straighten your hair but as soon as you wash it, it goes back to it's natural state. Anything that you do with your hair with heat damages it. Oh, I just saw what you added. A product that straightens? I have no clue.

Call your MD or the OB unit in your hospital. I never had the procedure but work in healthcare and don't believe leaking fluid is normal. Your situation needs to be evaluated by a doc or nurse who works in Labor and Delivery.
Reply:Miscarriage is a risk associated with this procedure (I hope they told you that before you went through it!) So, I would definitely call the doctor. I hope that's not what you are experiencing! Good luck.

I then slowly continued to leak. They did an ultrasound to make sure my baby was ok. They said my fluid was low and if I continued to leak. I would most likely miscarry. I had to be on bed rest a couple months and go in for weekly ultrasounds until everything was better. I was lucky my baby was ok. I will never get a amnio ever again.

or buy a stand alone dvd recorder and hook up your camera to it and record the dvd yourself. its actually pretty easy. I own one myself. and now a days dvd recorders are pretty inexpensive. matter of fact I saw one at a radioshack going for 49.97 the other day. I hear it fairly simple to operate.

Go to Erowid and look at what they say. I'd say go with Salvia Divinorum or Kratom, you can also consider Kava Kava(which I wouldn't completely consider a drug anymore than I would consider caffeine a drug but it produces a very nice relaxing feeling) if you want a good legal high. Either that or try DMX in a purer form. Whatever you do check Erowid first.

What can you buy at a drive through pharmachy like CVS?
A bunch of pharmacies in my area (in the US), including Rite Aid and CVS have "drive through" windows that are open late or 24 hours. What can one buy there? Prescription drugs? OTC medicines? Laundry Detergents? Tissues? Candy? All of the above? Just being curious. Thanks.

I took a cvs digital preg test today at 10dpo and it said not preg, but the stick had 2 lines lines?
The digital read said not pregnant, but when I ejected the test stick it had a real dark control line and a faint test line. What do you think this means? Does anybody know the hCG sensitivity of a cvs digital preg test and please share your preg symptoms and results at around 10dpo. Thanks!

Look professional but not like you are going somewhere fancy. You can and should wear jewlery but make it minimal. I wore a freshwater pearl necklace and a thin bracelet. I did get the job.
Jeans wont cut it usually but if they are indigo ,really dark jeans and you dress them up with low heels you'll be okay. :) Good luck

Take a regular photo and blow it up as much as you like to fit what you want in the locket. Cut out the shape so it fits. They won't take a whole image and print it locket size. They don't have enough definition for that and lockets vary too much in shape and size.
