I have a 9 year old daughter who wets the bed. i usually buy her goodnites but was wondering if cvs pharmacy or anyone else makes a older kids pull up/ diaper. I need to save some money. if so what are they like. are they plain white or have designs. can the kid pull them up or do you have to tape it.
Does cvs pharmacy make a diaper for older kids?
yes they do but goodnites are so much better,, They are Plain White and the kids can put them up like real underwear .they are called Sleep Pants. But they leek more then goodnittes and they are more noteable, if you want to save money buy them but goodnites are better.
Reply:i don't think they make it for older kids at the age of nine but i do know CVS has some for older kids i just don't know if it'll fit a nine year old cuz they shouldn't be wetting beds at that age
Reply:my bro uses depends. i think they come in plain and designs. also they are easy and just sticky she can put them on herself.
since everyone else is putting reasons i may as well. my bro gets meds that make him sleep heavily so he does not wake up when he pees.
Reply:Why don't you just buy her some good old fashioned cloth training pants and plastic pants to put over them to hold in the wetness. If one pair is not enough then I would suggest putting on two pair at a time.
With these you just wash them like any other underwear she has and you don't have to keep putting out more and more money just to throw it away in the trash in the form of a wet diaper.
You need to seriously restrict her fluid intake before bedtime. Nothing after 2 hours before going to bed for the night.
If she goes to bed early and you go late, then get her up and make her go to the bathroom before you go to bed. This should help.
Good Luck
Reply:Most stores that sale Goodnights will have their own brand. And most are the same quality as Goodnights. My daughter is terminally ill and 14 she has to wear Overnight pants now. And they are called Overnights by Kendel
Reply:I know Wal-Mart makes off brand goodnights so I say CVS has their own brand also. It is not uncommon for a 9 year old to wet the bed. Some times a 9 year olds bladder does not grown with the body. There is alot of things that cause children to wet the bed
Reply:you'll probably have to look around online and order some. I'm sure they make them, but I doubt they're a common found item in stores.
Reply:Check online, and I suggest if you have not already tried to get her help you do, nine years old is much too old to be wetting the bed!
Reply:I dont know how large your 9 year old is but my almost 5 yr old wears the new pampers size 7 diaper. For as many diapers as you get, I find them reasonally priced and they work much better than the pullup style diapers. Its a diaper with tape tabs that you have to put on which she should be able to do.
Reply:You can order daipers for older kids on the web.
Reply:yes they do. I just wanted to let you know that I realize that some children have a hard time. I am sure you are doing everything you can to help her. My son is going to be 5 and still wets and while that isn't 9 my little sister and husband wet the bed till past then and they probably saw every kind of doctor available. It was very frusterating for them and their parents! Just so you know though, sisters docs finally determined at age 13 that she had a sleeping disorder. Just thought I would throw that in.
Reply:Hi, I used to work there and yes they do, they even have cute chacter ones.
