I need to know if I can use cvs pharmacy in virginia to fill a controled med that i ususally fill at cvs in ct
You will have to call them and ask since it is a different state. I am pretty sure since it is what they do everyday..they will be able to explain to you what you need to do to make the switch.
Reply:Well, this is an area of legal ambiguity in my state. My state only allows one transfer of controlled medications. There has been some dispute over a transfer on a shared computer database should be counted. The final decision is if the database is a real time shared computer database, it is not considered a transfer. You'll need to look up both VA and CT law on this issue.

I'd get your prescribing Dr. to call in the prescription. My doctor has done that before to an out of state pharmacy.
Reply:You may need to have the script transfered to the othyer pharmacy. Call them up they will better assist you then people on yahoo.
Reply:Just bring your prescription bottle to them. They will take care of it from there. I have had to do this in many states, including VA, and I have never had a problem.
Reply:It shouldn't matter where you get the prescription filled. If you're a regular customer at cvs pharmacy they'll be able to access the information from any location through their computer system. They will require you, as always, to have proper identification and to sign for the medication.

Infact, if CVS opperates like WalGreens, they can contact each other on line and you just go to the one nearest to you and let them know the location of the one your RX is at. Reply:you should be able to, because all the cvs should be linked. But if you have any doubt I would call your pharmacy and ask. I have filled meds out of state while on vacation when I forgot to fill them before leaving,
Reply:If you have a prescription from one state it can not be validated in another state no matter if you use the same pharmacy unless there systems allow this because laws prohibit selling the same drug narcotic or not to the same person if you filled it once in Virginia and then tried to fill it again in Connecticut they would think you were a drug addict or selling it rather then using it for personal use.

I've never thought about CVs in that light, but come to think about it, you are right. Most of the time, the person who gets the job is not the one with super qualifications and vast experience, but the one who the potential employer can see will turn up to work every day, is reliable and trustworthy.

It is then up to the interviewer to use their skills and experience to get the information they really need to make a decision .
Speaking from experience of interviewing , and it was for office and PC work , I would be looking as much at how well the CV was prepared and presented as to the content . That should have given me enough to decide on the interview list , and over the years I had a reasonable success rate for those I employed.

Reply:I am a firm believer in Bare Minerals but when I have been out of a product I have used the Almay mineral make up in a pinch. I do not think that it is as good as Bare Minerals and there is no product as good as Mineral Veil.
I have read that some women have been unhappy with mineral make up and I have to say in it's defense that I have never met anyone who was unhappy with Bare Escentuals once they have gotten the hang of using it and as you know it takes a little practice to get good at putting it on.
I have red hair and very pale skin with lots (and I mean LOTS) of freckles. By using small amounts with the concealer brush over the darkest freckles followed by 2 light layers of the foundation rather than trying to get all the coverage in 1 heavy layer, I come out with a very natural but effective coverage. Reply:I am a firm believer in Bare Minerals but when I have been out of a product I have used the Almay mineral make up in a pinch. I do not think that it is as good as Bare Minerals and there is no product as good as Mineral Veil.
I have read that some women have been unhappy with mineral make up and I have to say in it's defense that I have never met anyone who was unhappy with Bare Escentuals once they have gotten the hang of using it and as you know it takes a little practice to get good at putting it on.
I have red hair and very pale skin with lots (and I mean LOTS) of freckles. By using small amounts with the concealer brush over the darkest freckles followed by 2 light layers of the foundation rather than trying to get all the coverage in 1 heavy layer, I come out with a very natural but effective coverage. The first time I wore Bare Minerals to work, a Mary Kay lady asked me if I was in love because I had a glow about me. I was sold on it.

It works great for me and the value is much better as you get twice the product, which saves money. I have used just about every single mineral foundation on the market, but I'm sold on Bella Rose. I work at CVS and Alli recently went from a drug requiring a Rx to over-the-counter. It has been proven to be safe and effective, but be careful with the side effects. I have never tried Walgreens brand, however, you may want to try all 4 and even White Cloud to see what works best for you and your child. Reply:Depends how much you want to wax. I wax as far down as I can stand it, then shave the really tender parts. I can't afford to have someone do it for me, and some of those areas are so sensitive I think I'd cry if I waxed. Anyway... I shaved for a long time, then tweezed for a long time. I kept getting razor bumps and infected hair follicles and it certainly wasn't sexy. I had tried waxing when I was younger, but with a lot of pain and without good results, so I gave up and just shaved.
I finally got so frustrated with the bumps and it looked like I had bad acne above the pubic bone... so ugly and not sexy, and it just wouldn't heal. So I decided to try waxing again. Since I had been tweezing hairs one by one I was no longer afraid of the pain like before. I found this really good stuff at Walgreen's... it is actually Sally Hansen, which I said I'd never use again, but this one is really good. It was about ten dollars, and the box says "Extra Strength All-Over Body Wax Hair Removal Kit." Brazilian formula. You micowave the wax. It comes with sticks and strips, and Azulene oil, which helps remove the sting and the wax after. It grabs hair only, and does not pull the skin.
Advice from experience: Read the directions carefully. When you apply the wax, follow the direction of hair growth, and don't try to apply it to too large an area. Baby steps, a little at a time. Press the strips on and hold it firmly against the skin for a few seconds. When you go to pull it off, pull against the direction of the hair, keeping your hand really close to your skin. (Pull it along the skin, not away from the skin, away from the direction your hair grows.) The closer you keep your hand to your skin, the better the wax will work. I think that might be what I did wrong the first time. Oh, and don't look while you are pulling. Look at something else, take a deep breath, remind yourself that the sting is only for a couple of seconds, and then do it as quickly as possible. Don't forget to hold your skin as taut as possible before you pull. The tighter you hold that area of skin, the better the hair will come out and the less it will hurt. Press on the skin after you pull the wax off, too. The pressure soothes the sting.
Since I have started waxing, my skin is finally healing up down there, and I feel a lot sexier. Definitely worth the little bit of pain. I wish I had figured out waxing the first time I tried it, though, as I now have some scarring from all the infected places I've had over the years. Maybe now it will have a chance to heal completely. Don't be put off by a product that doesn't work the way you expect, keep trying, perfect your technique. And get some stuff that is for precleaning/post treatment. It's worth it!

I can't afford to have someone do it for me, and some of those areas are so sensitive I think I'd cry if I waxed. Anyway... I shaved for a long time, then tweezed for a long time. I kept getting razor bumps and infected hair follicles and it certainly wasn't sexy. I had tried waxing when I was younger, but with a lot of pain and without good results, so I gave up and just shaved.
I finally got so frustrated with the bumps and it looked like I had bad acne above the pubic bone... so ugly and not sexy, and it just wouldn't heal. So I decided to try waxing again. Since I had been tweezing hairs one by one I was no longer afraid of the pain like before. I found this really good stuff at Walgreen's... it is actually Sally Hansen, which I said I'd never use again, but this one is really good. It was about ten dollars, and the box says "Extra Strength All-Over Body Wax Hair Removal Kit." Brazilian formula. You micowave the wax. It comes with sticks and strips, and Azulene oil, which helps remove the sting and the wax after. It grabs hair only, and does not pull the skin.
Advice from experience: Read the directions carefully. When you apply the wax, follow the direction of hair growth, and don't try to apply it to too large an area. Baby steps, a little at a time. Press the strips on and hold it firmly against the skin for a few seconds. When you go to pull it off, pull against the direction of the hair, keeping your hand really close to your skin. (Pull it along the skin, not away from the skin, away from the direction your hair grows.) The closer you keep your hand to your skin, the better the wax will work. I think that might be what I did wrong the first time. Oh, and don't look while you are pulling. Look at something else, take a deep breath, remind yourself that the sting is only for a couple of seconds, and then do it as quickly as possible. Don't forget to hold your skin as taut as possible before you pull. The tighter you hold that area of skin, the better the hair will come out and the less it will hurt. Press on the skin after you pull the wax off, too. The pressure soothes the sting.
Since I have started waxing, my skin is finally healing up down there, and I feel a lot sexier. Definitely worth the little bit of pain. I wish I had figured out waxing the first time I tried it, though, as I now have some scarring from all the infected places I've had over the years. Maybe now it will have a chance to heal completely. Don't be put off by a product that doesn't work the way you expect, keep trying, perfect your technique. And get some stuff that is for precleaning/post treatment. It's worth it!

In my opinion DONT GET SALLY HANSEN!! they have some great products out there but ther waxing kits are not one of them... i waxed my eyebrows once(followed the directions completely) and ended up with big painful scabs... after you wax make sure you have a soothing lotion... sally hansen has one ( i think it came with there kit...) that numbs the skin.... neways hope i helped!!! Because I want to buy the perfume Fantasy and its way cheaper at CVS than at Sephora. Plus I can't get to mall, I have a CVS I can walk to though.

The EDT will smell the same but will not last as long as the EDP since the EDT has a lower concentration of parfum oil. That's why the price is cheaper! Be as confident as possible, and don't be embarrassed if they are not! If they say no, tell them you would like to go ahead and fill out an application incase they will be in the future. That looks professional, and they will remember you when they are thinking about people to hire!

If I were you I'd try it, it was my last resort, otherthan the whole chemical peel process (too afraid to try it) And no you cannot get it the pharmacy, google it and order it online, that way you can actually research what you really need. Try the mask...it's exellent!! :)

This makes them aware of the sales and then they stop asking cashiers for the ad all the time...

Assigning specific aisles to employees.... not just packing it out on the truck, but also making sure its full by doing your own "push", making sure all the clipstrips and signs are up properly in your aisle. It gives ownership to individual employees so if somethings wrong you know who to blame!

...tab separated. Is there a command or way to get it to reformatt back into tab delineated? HELP!!

If you open this .csv file in Excel you can do file/save-as and in the save-as-type line choose Text(tab delimited). This should put you back where you were.

How much does it cost to fix CVS joints?
You didn't mention WHY you think it's the CV joints, are you sure that's it? This last week i fixed an ongoing problem with a Grand Am that i thought was a CV joint problem - i even coresponded with a few "Answers" users who gave me some tips. When i was looking at them with the vehicle raised up though, i found out that the bearings in the right wheel hub were shot - long story short , i replaced the wheel hub , no more problem , it never WAS the CV joints. see?
