Reply:As I live in California, I do not know about the laws in Texas, but here in California there is no age restriction, as far as I know, on buying condoms.


Perhaps it's the same in Texas and it's just the pharmasist doesn't want to encourage young people to have sex by providing them with condoms.

Reply:I do not believe there is an age, if there is one it may be 16 or 18 I am not sure. But be prepared that they will make you take a 2 page written test all about sex before they will sell them to you. If you dont pass you wont get to buy them.
