Where's the Best Place to Get Filmed Developed? Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreens, or CVS?
Target. The quality of the prints are much better. Unlike some stores where the color quality and balance are checked by an employee, the machines at most Target stores are checked electronically so they are more likely to be in the correct proportions.

That said my favorite is Sam's.
