Find drops with naphazoline in them like Naphcon A
What are the most effective eye drops in getting rid of red eyes available at your local CVS or Walgreens?
look for anything a little thicker in consistency, they stay on the eye longer. My favorites are Refresh by Allergan, and Systane.
