I work at CVS and Alli recently went from a drug requiring a Rx to over-the-counter. It has been proven to be safe and effective, but be careful with the side effects. Just eat a balance diet, and exercise. Also, if you have medical problems, please read the caution on the weight loss medications.
What really helps is to eat less, and no fried foods, just good old fashion healthy food.
