What is a good pharmacy other than CVS?

I live in southern California and fed up with CVS. Most of the Savons (which I preferred) got replaced with CVS. Now CVS has made too many mistakes and the wait time is ridiculous. A 15 minute wait time to have a prescription filled should not have took 5 hours!

I'm just curious what pharmacies do you like to go to.

What is a good pharmacy other than CVS?
Walgreen's is a good one to use. Plus they have national service, so if you happen to be traveling, any other Walgreen's can fill your prescriptions.
Reply:SoCal should have lots of choices; Kroger, Walmart, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, and more chain stores.

There should also be a large array of independent neighborhood pharmacies, which is where I find better service....
Reply:Walgreen's, or Walmart have pretty good pharmacies...Also some clincs have a pharmacy already there.
Reply:We live in So. Cal. too %26amp; belong to Costco. Their pharmacy is very reasonable %26amp; if you call in a RX you can get it quickly %26amp; easily.
Reply:Walgreens has a good pharmacy. However, the CVS by me (NYC) has a good pharmacy so you might want to just try another CVS if you haven't already.
Reply:Walgreens and Rite-Aid.
Reply:I agree...I hate CVS...I love in NC where CVS bought out a great chain called Revco..went waaaay downhill...all of the ones I have been to have had unfriendly staff and unusually long waits...Walgreens, and Wal-Mart are good pharmacies in the large chain stores...sometimes a local chain (one here in southeastern NC call Kerr Drugs) can be wonderful as well...
Reply:Do you have Walgreen's? They're nationwide but maybe not in your area. I use them all the time but I've also used major grocery stores pharmacies from time to time. I like Walgreens best.
