Does anyone know if CVS Products work? are they essentially the exact copy of the other products out there?

For example, I want to buy Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub, and I found a CVS version of the product that is cheaper. They look almost alike and I was wondering if anyone tried CVS stuff. Should I buy the Neutrogena brand or the CVS brand? Also, does the Neutrogena scrub work anyways?

I've worked at CVS for 5 years and I've done my share of trying our store's products. When it comes to skincare, I like to stick to the name brand, ESPECIALLY Neutrogena. It's the best! CVS products are usually hit or miss. Some are really awesome (cheese crackers!) and some are not so great. If there's a signifigant in price, I would consider trying the CVS product, but with your face... why take the chance?
Reply:When i tried buying the store brand skin care, it always made me break out really bad. i wouldn't recommend it but that's just my opinion.
Reply:just check to see if the ingredients r the same cuz it sometime says compare to the ingredients in nutrogena or whatever ( =
Reply:yea i dont know if it works... but i think the ingredients are exactly the same. I have done this also, except with the Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser. It worked very well.

So i think it should be the same with the product you wanted to use. =]

Good Luck!
